Jessica is a Clinical Neuropsychologist and Board Approved Supervisor registered with the Psychology Board of Australia. She offers neuropsychological assessments, psychological therapy, and cognitive interventions for complaints with memory, attention, concentration, and executive functioning.
Jessica aims to help her clients clarify the nature of their cognitive difficulties, improve their quality of life, and implement healthy habits and preventative measures to manage neuropsychological conditions. She has extensive experience working in public and private healthcare settings, and over the past 7 years, has assisted with differential diagnosis of cognitive disorders and complex comorbidities, and provided ongoing support during rehabilitation and recovery journeys.
Jessica maintains a strong focus on accurate diagnosis in her practise to ensure her clients and their families can access helpful interventions as quickly as possible. She conducts comprehensive assessments and therapy sessions in an empathetic manner with a collaborative and client-centred approach.
Jessica has a special interest in neurological conditions (brain injury, stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis), mild cognitive impairment, dementia (Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, vascular dementia), neurodevelopmental conditions (ADHD, autism, schizophrenia), sleep difficulties (insomnia, sleep hygiene), and mental health difficulties (depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, adjustment).
