Our fees are well below the Australian Psychological Society's recommended fee schedule, which can be found here.

Fees for a neuropsychological assessment can vary greatly depending on the referral. This can be due to the nature, purpose, and complexity of your case (e.g., clinical, diagnostic, or medico-legal), and the length of time needed to conduct an assessment and prepare a report. We will always inform you of all assessment fees prior to your commencement of the assessment process.

If you are aged 25 or older, you will not be entitled to Medicare rebates, as a Mental Health Care Plan cannot be used for testing and assessment purposes. If you have private health insurance, your fund may offer some rebates towards testing and assessment. Please contact your fund to see what may be covered.

Generally, the current assessment fee/appointment structure is as follows: 

• $270 Initial consultation (90 mins) 
• $1250 Testing day (4 hours) 
• $1250 Feedback session with outcome report (1 hour) 

If you are aged 14 to 24 years old, and can arrange an appropriate referral from your paediatrician or psychiatrist, you may be able to access Medicare rebates towards neurodevelopmental assessment for a young person.

Our psychological therapy services are suitable for adolescents, adults, and older adults. 

The current fee for psychological therapy $265 per session. Our fees are well below the Australian Psychological Society recommended fee schedule, which can be found here.

Rebates may be available with a GP Mental Health Care Plan.
