We understand that life can get in the way of scheduled appointments. However, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so other waitlisted patients may take the appointment.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your booked appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee and be returned to our waitlist for the next availability.
Payment is expected prior to commencement of your appointment.
Unfortunately we are unable to release reports until payments have been received in full.
Our fees are well below the Australian Psychological Society's recommended fee schedule, which can be found here.
Fees for a neuropsychological assessment can vary greatly depending on the referral. This can be due to the nature, purpose, and complexity of your case (e.g., clinical, diagnostic, or medico-legal), and the length of time needed to conduct an assessment and prepare a report. We will always inform you of all assessment fees prior to your commencement of the assessment process.
If you are aged 25 or older, you will not be entitled to Medicare rebates, as a Mental Health Care Plan cannot be used for testing and assessment purposes. If you have private health insurance, your fund may offer some rebates towards testing and assessment. Please contact your fund to see what may be covered.
Generally, the current assessment fee/appointment structure is as follows:

In these cases, Medicare may rebate up to $386.60. The fee/rebate structure is as follows:
